Precautions for Using AOLITE Machines during the Winter

Nov 10, 2025 0

Dear AOLITE Users:

The Cold winter brings higher requirements and challenges. To ensure normal operations and prolong the service life, the following precautions are necessary:

1. Regular Coolant and oil changes

1) The original antifreeze/coolants for AOLITE machines should be filled at -40℃. If your AOLITE machine is currently using water or a lower-grade liquid, please replace it promptly. Note: Different colors of Antifreeze or Coolants use different additives. DO NOT mix them.

2) Replace the lubricant in advance according to the construction site temperature and the “AOLITE Maintenance Manual”. Note: Use only genuine AOLITE premium products.

2. Power ON/OFF

1) When starting up a cold machine, please first set the preheating switch to the warm-up position. Do NOT initiate high throttle immediately. Preheating method: Operate at low idle speed for 5-10 minutes, then run each cylinder without load 5-10 times until the optimal working temperature is reached.

2) Upon shutdown, drain the water from the fuel-water separator and air storage tank immediately to prevent freezing at low temperatures, which could damage components.

3. Air conditioning

1) Before using the heater function, please turn on the warm water valve.

2) Use the air conditioner's internal and external circulation functions properly. During winter, it is recommended to use internal circulation for faster heating and improved energy efficiency. Regularly switching to external circulation will bring in fresh air and prevent drowsiness.

3) When exiting an electric loader, please remember to turn off the air conditioning to avoid unnecessary energy consumption.

4. New Energy Loader

1) Cold temperatures may reduce the power and performance of batteries. Ensure the battery is fully charged.

2) It is recommended to recharge the battery immediately after each use. Charging efficiency is higher when the battery is warm, which helps extend battery life.

3) Avoid leaving the loader parked outdoors for extended periods. It is recommended to park the loader in an indoor garage or a heated shed, and ensure the battery charge level remains above 20%; otherwise, the battery may easily discharge and become damaged.
