Term and Conditions Free Shipping applies only to US. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are subject to additional shipping charges. All guitars are backed by a limited 2-year warranty through Wilson Brothers. See Warranty information for coverage. All guitars must have prior return authorization before being returned to Wilson Brothers for warranty or refund of any kind. No exceptions You can contact us at 800-957-4633 for returns. Wilson Brothers offers a 30-day money back satisfaction guarantee. If the instrument is defective, a replacement will be shipped out. The guitar must be in original packaging and no sign of wear to receive a refund. If item shows signs of wear or not in the original packaging, a 20% restocking free will be charged. What is covered on your warranty? Wilson Guitar Ventures warrants to the original owner that this instrument is free from all defects in workmanship and material for a period of TWO (2) YEARS from the date of purchase when purchased from an authorized Wilson Brothers Dealer. This expressed warranty covers normal use and excludes The following: 1. Alterations or modifications to the Instrument or repairs effected at a no authorized Service source. 2. Normal usage wear and tear (Including: frets, tuning keys and plating) or damages from accessories (including straps and cords). 3. Damages to the finish for any reason such as exposure to extremes in humidity and/or temperatures. 4. The case, strings or battery. A copy of the original sales receipt must be provided for service under this warranty. This warranty is void if the serial number is removed, defaced or altered.   Instruments must be returned by the original owner for repair under this warranty directly to Wilson Guitar Ventures. Please call Wilson Brothers service at 800-957-4633 for return authorization. A copy of the original sales receipt must be provided for warranty service. All transportation charges will be the responsibility of the original purchaser. Wilson Brother’s sole responsibility in the event of loss by fire theft or damage to the instrument while in the custody of Wilson Bothers shall be limited to replacement with a new instrument of the same or most similar available model. Excess value and shipping insurance must be carried by the owner at his own expense.   Wilson Brothers makes no other express warranties what so ever. All implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for purpose, expire upon the transfer of ownership of the instrument from the original owner or one year from date of purchase whichever occurs first.
